Marketing Technology as a Strategic Asset

I recently participated in an interesting report on Marketing Technology as a Strategic Asset with a number of senior marketing leaders in tech.

In  it, I discuss the great work our team is doing to leverage modern marketing technology to drive our business.

This includes:

  • How we align our MarTech stack with our business strategy
  • Our test and learn approach to MarTech
  • Our partnership strategy with IT and our MarTech providers
  • Our cross-functional, tiger team approach to support our persona-based go to market
